Goal for 2018: Drink more wine. Honestly, it’s at the top of my list, right along with eating more cheese, cuddling more dogs, writing more and eating more tacos. Clearly, I have my priorities straight!
In all seriousness, I do want to drink more wine this year. I want to drink more wine that I love, new wine, old wine, different wine, mind-blowing wine…you get the picture. There’s so much I don’t know about wine (besides the fact that I love it) and this year I want to expand my palette. I also want to share more of the wines I love with you on a more regular basis. In honor of that, today’s review is brought to you by one of my favourite wines in the Niagara Region: Organized Crime’s 2016 Pinot Gris. Sadly, this wine appears to be sold out, but I’m hoping the 2017 vintage will pop up soon; so mark your wine calendars.
